1D Thrust Balance TMS

The thrust generated by the satellite electric propulsion is compensated by a moving coil actuator, controlled in closed loop via displacement sensors, thus allowing ultra-sensitive thrust measurement. The tested thrusters can have forces between 1mN and 2N.

2D Thrust Balance TMS

The thrust produced by the satellite electric propulsion is compensated by two moving coil actuators, controlled in closed loop via displacement sensors, thus allowing thrust measurement on two axes. The balancing device is adapted to thrust measurements in a range from 0.1mN to 10mN, mounted on the balance.

Solar Panel Simulator for CubeSat - NanoSats 100

The NanoSats 100 simulates multiple solar panel sections, each capable of delivering up to 100 W. Each module acts as a DC current source, faithfully reproducing the electrical characteristics of a solar cell, particularly the I-V curve with very low output capacity. This simulator is available as an individual module or mounted in a 4-module rack, depending on needs. It is easily controlled via USB, with drivers and user interface provided for quick setup from a computer.

It simulates radioelectric signals emitted by beacons, such as those captured by an instrument in orbit. From a simulation scenario and configuration files, it generates RF signals from two beacons, including message, frequency and level. To achieve this, it provides all the necessary resources to perform the tests described in the specifications: coil resistance, leak tightness, adjustment and characteristic measurement P = f(I), mechanical hardness / sensitivity, vibrations, electrical insulation, response time. The complete bench consists of two parts: an electronic and computer section managing resources and data analysis, and a pneumatic section designed to place the EMD in operational conditions.

Magnetic Synchronous Motor Prototype 2x5 phases – 40 kW

This 5-phase conversion system allows very powerful supply (45 kW) with fine current management and advanced protections. Control is ensured in real time via DSpace, and the whole system operates up to 4500 rpm. Power components include a circular PCB board and 5 H-bridges based on high-performance SiC MOSFETs.
